Originally from Breckenridge, Texas, where she learned the value of good service and hard work, Elizabeth Jacoby, RICP aggressively pursues the very best for her clients. In 1983, she moved to Austin accepting a position with Special Olympics of Texas where she learned the need for properly making provisions for the people who count on us. From those experiences, it was a natural transition to the insurance industry and assisting clients with their financial preparations and long-term goals. Moving to the Metroplex in 1990, where she met and married Craig Jacoby. Accepting a position with a large insurance company, she quickly established herself as a knowledgeable and caring associate. Anxious to be able to provide a wider variety or products to better serve her clients, Elizabeth opened the Jacoby Agency in 2011, and the Wichita Falls office in 2013. It is the Jacoby Insurance Agency’s mission to provide the highest quality of service, while assisting their clients and friends in obtaining their financial goals. Elizabeth recently received Her Retirement Income Certified Professional, RICP designation through The American College.

Craig Jacoby is no stranger to hard work and determination. He has been in the insurance industry for 30+ years and believes in the adage, you can buy now or later, but it is much less expensive to buy now. He met Elizabeth in 1990 and the couple married in 1992. Craig was raised farming and ranching and knew the value of a handshake and man’s word. He heads up the human resource department for Jacoby Agency and has a true desire to build the farm and ranch relationships.

Brooke Jacoby has been in the insurance industry for several years. Prior to coming on board with the Jacoby Agency, she worked for a large property and casualty insurance company in Fort Worth, Texas. Brooke has a Bachelor’s degree from Golden State Baptist College in Santa Clara, California. Upon the expansion of Jacoby Agency, Brooke moved to Wichita Falls to take on the responsibility of managing the office. Her experience has continued to be an asset and ensures the level of service our clients deserve and want. Brooke enthusiastically delivers a forward thinking attitude and continues to grow her education in the insurance and financial services arena.

Jessica was born and raised in Iowa Park, Texas, a suburb of Wichita Falls. She came to the insurance industry early in her career and worked for a large property and casualty company in the city, where she gained her experience and knowledge. Jessica desires to build and grow our commercial relationships and makes the ultimate customer service, her goal. Never leaving a stone unturned and striving to be the best, keeps her engaged and focused for each and every client.

JR grew up in the Heart of Texas, farming and ranching. Very early in his career, he began to pursue the electrical and powerline industries. JR began employment in the Midland area with a very competitive team. He very quickly transitioned to a management role and was vital to the companies accounting and estimating team. He mastered electrical infrastructure for the oil and gas industry, as well as Cooperative power companies. He brings many years of experience to our agency and looks forward to helping the many friends he has made both personally and professionally.

Debbie Joined Jacoby Agency after a 30+ year career in the advertising business. She has a passion for helping people and will go the extra mile to ensure her clients are correctly positioned for each phase of life. She was raised in West Texas and attended Angelo State University. Her family taught her the value of hard work and the importance of having a strong work ethic. She serves on the board of several non-profit organizations in San Angelo, Texas. During her spare time, you can find her in the steer pens working with the show steers and her grandson. She believes in teamwork, shared goals, expectations and accountability and she believes and admires the work environment and opportunities that are a part of the Jacoby Agency.
